Abstract registration

＜Participation and Abstract Submission＞
Please register as a user on the "New User Registration" page to obtain an account, and then register as participant or submit the abstract.
During the registration you will be asked to enter your e-mail address. Please note, that some domains may not be able to receive e-mails sent automatically by the system due to security reasons (firewall).
If you do not receive an automatic reply within 5 minutes of registration, please try to use another email address.

• We are planning to hold this meeting in a hybrid format, using both the local venue (Tokyo) and the Website.
• Oral presentations will be given in a hybrid format, with the usual format of a presentation at the venue followed by a question and answer session, as well as live web viewing. As a rule, oral presenters will give their presentations at the venue.
• Presentations will be given in either Japanese or English.

Speakers are encouraged to be members of the Japanese Society of Lymphology.

B. Award Session

【Application Requirements】
Must be a member of the Japanese Society of Lymphology. There is no age limit. However, young researchers who will be responsible for future lymphology research are encouraged to apply. The presentations by candidates for award of the Society's Incentive Award (Nishi Award) will be given during Award Session. The award will be presented to awardees at the closing ceremony.

Upon submission of the abstract, an automatically generated confirmation e-mail containing your abstract registration number will be sent to the registered e-mail address.
Please note that you will need the abstract registration number in case of any corrections or inquiries. Please keep it for your records and future reference.

Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified of the format and date of their presentation upon acceptance by e-mail. The e-mail will be sent to the registered e-mail address.

In order to promote industry-university collaborative research, appropriate management of conflicts of interest is essential to prevent problems such as research bias.
In this meeting, presenters are requested to enter the existence of conflicts of interest when registering their abstracts in accordance with the standards described in "Disclosure of Conflict of Interest Status" and also to disclose conflicts of interest related to the content of their presentations by using the following disclosure form on the presentation slides used at the meeting.
